The use of this Website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions which set out the rules for how we run the Website and we advise all users of this Website to read them. By using this Website you acknowledge that you have read and you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to change the contents of this Website, including these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice by posting such changes on the Website. We would advise all users of this Website to familiarise themselves with the Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure that they are aware of any changes. Continued use of the Website after a change has been posted will signify the users acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Website.

 

SHOPPING ON THIS WEBSITE

The following Terms and Conditions apply to how we supply any School Uniform displayed for sale on this Website which you purchase through this Website or otherwise. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights if you are contracting as a consumer. The information, service and School Uniform displayed for sale on this Website are intended for use by residents of the Malaysia only, and are not aimed at or intended for use by residents of any other jurisdiction.

 

YOUR STATUS

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:
(i) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts on your own behalf or on behalf of the school for whom you are acting (as applicable); and
(ii) you are at least 18 years old.

 

HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy items of School Uniform displayed for sale on this Website. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that items of School Uniform have been dispatched. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you such dispatch confirmation. The contract will only relate to those items of School Uniform ordered whose dispatch we have confirmed in such confirmation, and we will not be obliged to supply any other items of School Uniform that may have been part of your order until
the dispatch of such items has been confirmed in a separate dispatch confirmation. Anyone who is not a party to the contract is not entitled to enforce any of its terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

 

PRICES

All orders received are made to order as we carry plain stocks and then embroider or print the school logo if required (at additional cost).

Prices shown on the website are exclusive of SST. SST is NOT added at the checkout stage, so you will be shown No SST inclusive prices before you make payment .

The placing of School Uniform products on this Website is an invitation to accept offers for School Uniform products and is not an offer to sell at the listed price nor is it binding on us. We are under no obligation to accept your School Uniform order.

In the event a School Uniform product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we will notify you of the correct price and we will give you the choice of either purchasing the School Uniform product at the correct price or cancelling your School Uniform order. If you confirm you want the product at the corrected price we will deliver the product to you. If payment has been charged for the purchase and you cancel your order we will, on return of the Goods, issue a refund. Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, you have no right to cancel or amend any order for any items of School Uniform once placed and received by us.

 

PAYMENT

We accept payment by Credit Card, Charge Card, Debit Card. All orders received are made to order as we carry plain stocks and then embroider. We shall not process any School Uniform orders until we receive confirmation of payment.

Your Payment Card is debited at the time of placing your School Uniform order and sometimes a password may be asked for. This is an additional security measure requested by your card provider.

All transaction information passed between this website is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to our servers from our payment service provider are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing we pass to our payment service provider can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

 

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver School Uniform orders to Malaysia addresses within 5 to 30 working days (excluding bank holidays) of you placing your School Uniform order depending on your location. We do our best to get your School Uniform to you as soon as possible and as a result some orders may arrive earlier.

When your School Uniform order is dispatched we send you an Email letting you know that your School Uniform order was sent by courier. If your School Uniform order was sent by courier your dispatch Email will have a tracking number and a link to our courier’s website. Please refer to this Email and click on the relevant link then enter your tracking number if requested.

If sent by courier, the delivery company will attempt delivery of your School Uniform order twice and will leave you a card each time to tell you that they have attempted delivery, or they will leave you a card to tell you that they have left it at a secure area of your property (if requested). After the second failed attempt your School Uniform order will be returned to us and we will contact you to advise.

If sent by Royal Mail your postman will attempt one delivery and will leave you a card so that you can contact them and arrange a redelivery or to collect it from your local Royal Mail depot.

School Uniform items supplied are subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your School Uniform may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock. We will inform you as soon as we can if we are unable to deliver your School Uniform within 30 days of your School Uniform order and you may agree an alternative delivery period or you may cancel the order. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.

 

RISK AND TITLE

Items of School Uniform ordered by you will be at your risk from the time of their delivery. Ownership of items of School Uniform ordered by you will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of such items or upon their delivery, whichever is the later.

PERSONALISED ITEMS

Personalised items, such as leavers hoodies and T shirts, which have been custom designed cannot be returned for any reason unless they are faulty in any material respect. This does not affect your statutory rights if you are contracting as a consumer. Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled once they have entered the production stage. By cancelling an order before production you may still incur charges for work that has already been carried out for your order eg artwork and print screens.

We use PayDirect as our payment service provider (PSP). It is our top priority to ensure that our customers’ transaction data is kept secure at all times.
